John Wilson

Founder · Hunting consultant · TV host

John founded Trophy Quest in 1999 as a hunting and fishing booking agency. The business grew to include outdoor products, international lodge ownership, and a national television show that ran for more than two decades. His travels and long-standing outfitter relationships help him match each client with a destination that fits their goals, budget, and needs.

A Georgia Southern University graduate, John brings experience in media production and marketing and has served on the national board of Quail Unlimited. He also co-hosts Salt and Pepper with chef Ron Hankins on Destination Go.

Carmen Wall Wilson

Chief Operations Officer · Signature Lodges host

Carmen combines her role as Chief Operations Officer with a love of scenic destinations and memorable lodge experiences. As the host of Signature Lodges on Destination Go, she introduces viewers to places worth exploring, whether they travel for adventure, photography, or the setting itself.

She also appears in Destination Go original programming, bringing the travel and hospitality side of Trophy Quest to the screen.

James Jean

Trick-shot artist · Videographer · Archery expert

Known for James Jean Trick Shots, James brings creative shooting skills and more than a decade of videography experience to the team. His background in archery and hunting informs both his work behind the camera and the outdoor content he creates.

James began shooting bows as a child and later turned to traditional archery for an added challenge. Today, his trick-shot work complements Trophy Quest’s hunting productions and TQ Multimedia’s creator partnerships.

Ronald “Ron” Hankins

Executive Chef · Salt and Pepper co-host

After studying Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu, Ron brings his culinary training to the table at Trophy Quest Farms, preparing meals for guests at the Georgia lodge.

Away from the lodge kitchen, he joins John as co-host of Salt and Pepper on Destination Go, sharing his love of cooking with viewers.

Eric Vinson

Hunting Guide · Property Manager

Eric has spent many years at Trophy Quest Farms, helping care for the property and its wildlife. His work combines year-round property management with guiding hunters during the season.

His familiarity with the farm supports both the work on the land and the experience of guests heading into the field.
